Step 1
To begin making changes to your submitted requests, log in to Equina. Once logged in, navigate to your homepage. In the middle menu, locate and click on the "Request" button.

Upon accessing the "Requests" section, you'll find the area where you initially entered your requests. Typically, schedulers will ask you to submit requests by clicking the green button. Follow the four prompts provided to select the type of request, such as vacation, PTO, or education day, and specify the desired date range.
Step 3
If you need to modify your requests, you have several options. The first option is to bulk delete existing requests and submit new ones. To bulk delete a week from your requests, simply check the boxes next to the requests you wish to remove.
Step 4
After selecting the requests to be deleted, click on the red button labeled "Delete Selected Requests" to remove them. You may then enter new requests if changes to the dates or weeks are necessary. Alternatively, you can click on a single request to update its comments or delete it directly using the red "Delete Request" button. A confirmation prompt will appear, asking if you want to delete the request.
Step 5
When prompted, confirm by selecting "Yes, delete the request." These methods allow you to efficiently remove requests, edit comments, and, in some cases, adjust the time of your day-off request.
